actually, i contemplated using the random white sheet that sherry and angela bought at the thrift store... until i found leftover tissue paper. :D

it's basically a cardboard box with squares cut out and tracing paper taped over it. you put the object in it and shine a lamp on the lightbox and whaddya know, soft shadows and decent lighting :]
sure beats looking all over the house for a good light source :D
